Treasure Green

Treasure Green Tea Company is the first authentic Chinese tea shop in the heart of Vancouver’s Historic Chinatown. They offer an extensive selection of premium Chinese teas and teaware.

Projects: Website Redesign & Marketing Materials

Role: UI/UX, Photographer, and Visual Designer

Brief: I was tasked with updating their general branding for merchandise and redesigning the website.

Challenge: The challenge was to design in a way that would attract new customers in a Chinatown slowly modernizing, while not alienating their current community of customers.

Solution: The answer came in researching the needs of their current customers and keeping their needs easily accessible while, redesigning their brand with a more contemporary but traditional feel.

Tasks performed:

  • Redesigned packaging logos for a more contemporary feel while keeping traditional roots

  • Photographed, edited, and catalogued all products for the website

  • Designed general branding that was used in the redesigned website

  • Redesigned website
